Location

Sivalyam is situated above a quiet little street not very fare from Temple Junction in Varkala Beach. A wide staircase leads to the house. The spacious Veranda is welcoming you in front of the 3-bedroom-house.  From the veranda you have a nice look into the coconut trees. The house is surrounded with plants and in the back of the house there is a little wild jungle.

A rickshaw will bring you in shorter then 5 minutes to the beach and all the facilities. If you prefer to walk you will be at the beach in approximately 15 minutes.

Rooms

The 3 Rooms Bedrooms have either morning- or evening sun. The rooms are charming furnished. All rooms have fan, curtains and a wardrobe.

The first hall is the dinning room. In the second hall is the study.

Kitchen

The big kitchen, it used to be a real Kerala kitchen, is spacious and all the equipments to cook are available. There is a door witch leads to the backyard.

High season: November till February, one week (7 days)

7000.- Indian Rupies, 160.- US Dollars

Low season: August till October and March till May one week (7 days) 

4900.- Indian Rupies, 112.- US Dollars

All around Sivalayam there are Indian families living. If you are interested in Indian every-days-life you are welcome to visit the family during the day.
