Location

The sweet and little Bhaskar Villa is in a very quiet little road witch is just a few 100 m away from the main road. The main road is leading on the one side to Varkala Town and on the other side to Varkala Beach. With a Rickshaw you will be in about 10 minutes at the beach. If you prefer to walk, it will take you 20 minutes to get to Varkala Beach.

All around the house there is green and nature. There is a little front garden and there is a big space of nature in the back. There you find a little coconut palm tree forest.

Rooms

The 4 rooms are small but full of light and very charming. The one hall is right after the entrance and in the back of the house there is a second hall and this could be used as a dinning room. The kitchen is just next door.

Kitchen

The kitchen is spacious and painted in a sunny yellow. In early days it was a traditional Kerala-kitchen. After a smooth renovation they made a functional and charming Europe-styled kitchen out of it. In the kitchen all the windows have grilles, to avoid cats to come into the house.

The Bhaskar Villa is situated in a very quiet area. You enter the house through a (possible to look up) veranda. The construction of house allows you to use the roof of the house as a terrace. The shower is outside the house, just 2 m away from the back door, but inside the whole compartment.

The 3 houses, Bhaskar Villa, “GG” and Villa Souparnika are situated in the same quiet and little road. The houses are next to each other. Therefore it is possible that two families rent two houses next to each other and spend their vacation as holiday-neighbour.
